How do i eat apples from my inventory

I wnt to make the chances of haveing a boy higher and i bought apples from the market but it wont let me select them from my inventory... PLEASE HELP!

OK. What you have to do is go in the fridge and keep clicking on the right side so the apples will go in the fridge. If you want to eat them go in the fridge and press open and it gives you some options
