Unlock shops
In sims 3 wii not all the shops are open like the one in-between the theatre and the restaurant how do you unlock those shops P.s i have tried nearly everything Thanks :)

Its pretty hard, and takes a while but i heard u hv 2 get lvl 10 on every career lvl. hope this helps! im almost there on mine!:)

I know how to upgrade but that's just about it. I would suspect that to unlock you would have to just keep playing. Try to get max skills or raising a child into a teenager.
