How do you get a big house on the sims 3 (wii)?
I have a whole lot of money, but whenever i want to get a really big house, (and i have the biggest lot possible) it wont let me because of firecode. whats the point of putting a house there as an option if you cant get it?

If you already have put a house on that lot and than deleted it than he fire code for that house is still there the best and only thing i have found so far is to just get a new user. sorry!

How about selling that lot, then rebuying it? it may reset the fire code....

I dont know the answer to this question but i do know if you buy 106 three star catfish from the supermarket then go to your home and put the fish in your fridge then close the fridge. after that open the fridge and put it back in your inventory then sell it all!!!!!!!!! then you should have 999,999 simoleons then buy the biggest house you can buy!!!!! that's what i did.

Perhaps all the town evolutions are needed to be completed before buying any big houses or mansions

Do the money cheat, i found that the mission revival ones are nice for a family of 4.... but im sure that if you added a few more walls that would be fine for 6... some times it wont let me place a big house (on the lot-about 7,000 simoleons) i just save the game turn off the will, then back on again,, good luck!!!

What i find incredibly helpful in this time is to curse out my wii and throw it agianst the wall and turn it back on and then it lets me buy whatever house I want....or you could sue nintendo for a faulty game....

How about at the beginning you buy the empty lot.... then put a fridge on it alone, then do catfish cheat, then sell fridge, then get house instead of getting 2!

You either have to work for the house by working or do the Catfish cheat.
