Eggman attacks me instead of getting a wisp

In sonic sinulator, when i get a wisp capsule, an eggman head attacks me! how do i get the wisp?

Obviously you can't get that certain wisp because it's a trap some people who aren't very good at the game miss the wisp sometimes and if they do get it they'll get attacked causing them not to know why they can't get the wisp. ^.^
