You have to open the chest it has the mud wall scroll open it then go on from there

Oh the waterfall you have to go to the edge and use mudwall to stop the flow ( what i mean by edge is there are rocks on the other ledge theres a gap between the rocks and where you are then use mud wall) hope this was useful ^_^
