You get to level 48 and up. it is an upgrade.

Yea he is right u must upgrade, i dont know what certain thing u should upgrade but just upgrade evrything! just go to the cheat menus and type in whatitmeanstome then use those respect points to upgrade evrything! thats what i did and it helped:)!

If you buy one of the dlc theres a cheat unlocked for infinite health as well as infinite ammo and a few other things
