Juggernauts talking in Prison Otherworld

This happens only in a particular part of the prison otherworld, right before the void chases you and after going through the search lights puzzle with the prison minions. At the bottom of the stairs you can hear the caged Juggernauts shouting things inbetween their usual noises. What were they saying? I turned the volume up but I still couldn't understand it.
