Custom House Replacement

I have a house, on the Xbox 360 edition, that I saved in My Studio, but for some reason when I attempt to replace another house with the house that I saved I cannot find it. I have moved to different locations, bigger lots, and so on. I still cannot find my house in the options given. I checked in all, custom, and exchange houses, but my saved house is not there. How do I find my saved house and replace the house I had already bought?
