Stuck on Level 1, Chapter 5

Hello! Been trying everything to cross the ice block and get to the green circles. I have all my penguins and have collected all the notes I could find--especially the last 4 notes that you have to dance for in order to get them to come to you. What am I missing to be able to cross the ice block? Please help! Thanks!
