Is this a glitch? Audi R8

I have played several times with an Audi R8. When the game (Run) starts again it defaults to the Audi Quattro. Any way around this or is it a glitch?

After getting the Audi Quattro go to the Challange and use the Aston One77 from Marcus Blackwell go back to The Run and now you will drive the One77 ! This is just a malfunction from the X-box.
