Chatka before Jenner Station

I have been playing for days now on Shadows of Katmai, I am to the spot in the game that says reach Jenner Station. Well before I can get to Jenner Station I get attacked by a Chatka who is running directly toward me and I am completely cornered. I am at a standstill Please Help

Run backwards and shoot at same time. A "bridge" will collapse on him and keep running at the end you throw your grapple and then chak will fall of the lefge
