Talk to Cinderella and she'll give it to you. Some characters in the game will give you things-

Cinderella-Magic Wand
Prince Naveen-Baton (for conducting bands)
Buzz Lightyear-Cosmic Blaster
Donald Duck-Water Squirter

Brer Fox-Megaphone
Aladdin-Spyglass
