Hi i've being trying to located the switch to access the bridge in the underground bunker near the begining of the game?

When you drive in kill all the covenant and look up to your right. you should see a narrow path going up.
walk up there and watch out as there is an elite waiting there. then walk the rest of the way and wait for the cutscene where chief presses a random button and activates the bridge. good hunting.
