How do i get to bartender with out getting kill

Fist fight your waythro you have to do this it's lame but it's the story. Just walk there and defend yourself I did have the police uniform from a cop in toilet but I don't think it matters.

I was wrong there is a vent in the toilet use it with the police uniform and no fighting
