Where can i find flint and steel at?

Flint: Can be found easily in gravel and near the surface.
Steel: find iron ore (Can only be obtained by a stone (or higher) pick axe, take the iron ore and but it in the furnace.

If you go to shears then it will show arrows use the arrows to scroll and you will get flint and steel option. Then press x and it will give the ingredients and if you didn't know that then know go try that with other stuff and you will be able to craft a bunch more stuff.

You find flint in gravel at the surface and iron in iron ore witch is always at least 4 blocks down through stone you can only mine it with a stone pickaxe or higher level pickaxe.

Use any type of spade (shovel) on gravel and eventually you'll get flint and steel is iron
