Can I play my PC worlds on the Xbox 360 version?
Is there a way to play my PC worlds on the Xbox edition, in single player mode? Off a flashdrive or something?

No, the Xbox games starting area is much smaller than the computers so the Xbox wouldn't be able to read the save
