How do I get iron ore
I searched all around the underground but I can't find any

Keep trying, dig until you find a natural cave, they normally have iron, diamond, gold and redstone

I usually just find it when im digging so dig dig dig tunnle till u find one of those cave things but beware they sometimes have creepers or zombies in them so be careful

I usaully start digging down pastdirt, sand, sandstone and cobblestone then you should find some earlier todaay i found about 20 iron in the same area doing this.

If you have only the trial, the cave next to the stone house has iron ore in it.

Just find a stronghold but make sure it's not herobrines lair
