Place some cactis around your house

You can put alot of light or water. enderman dont like them :)

The way to keep endermen away is that you use water. When the enderman or endermen walk into the water they will take damage and either teleport away or it will stay in the water and it will die.

Make your house 2 blocks high so it can't teleport in. Also don't look at it and it won't bother you. also put water, a lot of light, or cactus. Hope this helps!

I would not recomend to use cactus. I tried it and the enderman just started taking that too.
