How do you get bullet casings

U make brass from copper for regular ammo, iron for gold weapons, gold for diamond for bloodstone

Craft them with copper

Simply mine the needed ore(most likely copper) then make brass, then brass casings will be available, also you will need rock and coal to make the actual bullet.
