Stopping Monsters from coming out of ground
How can you stop monsters from coming out of the ground?
Answer from: ryden
I know that lights and lantern's help to prevent them from spawning off the ground but never make the floor itself from lantern's their even more vulnerable to dragon breath attacks than rocks are. I recommend encasing the area beneath the lanterns in iron wall's or copper walls. But preferably iron. the best thing to do is cover the ceilling and put another layer above the lantern's on the house.

I built a house with iron wall floors and ceilings. Master kept spawning in my house so I tried wood floors and ceiling. Same thing happened. Is their a way to prevent this or is this the way it is? I saw the post earlier about digging under the floor 2 blocks which I will try but what about the ceiling?
