Just create the player that you want in the create a player menu and put him on the team that you want. Make all of his ratings 99. After he is created, select done and select keep player without saving. Then go to connected careers and choos offline. choos to be a current player and your player will be on the team. he will only be like a 94 or 95 but thats because his production grade is a 0. after you start the career, make sure NOT to save your profile because if you do then the player will show up on your regular roster. If you just save the career then turn off your console then the player will not be on the roster anymore but will still be in your career mode.
