Calories burned
I do the full class using medium intensity and it says i burn 188 calories for an hour. then i did the short class under medium intensity and burned 188 calories. how can i work out for twice as hard and still burn the same calories?

Okay i am wonering the same thing about the calories. i did a 50 minute class and it said i burned 174 calories. what?? anyway, i didn't see any answers on here. i will continue to look online and see if i can find anything. i will post back here if i figure it out.

Same problem here. I can do a full class and it will show literally anywhere from 2 to 200. I really find it hard to believe. I'm getting 5 stars on them too. anyone ever figure this out?
