Freezing during cutscenes? (Closed)
Is anyone else having issues with the game when it goes to the cutscene with robin and batman at the end of the next president level! If so how did u fix it?
Answer from: JAT
Same problem, same place, no solution yet. Did you install the game to your hard drive?
Answer from: Mikey
I'm experiencing the same freeze. Can't fix it. The whole game has been acting very buggy. Can't advance the story. Needs a patch!
Answer from: blanz
Yes! And I contacted support and they verified that it is an issue on the Xbox 360 version, and they are currently working on a fix, which will update when released. Kinda sux!

Before the level I turned on subtitles, and turned off motion blur, and it worked. It finished the cut scene. Not sure which setting made it work.
Answer from: blanz
It worked for me too. Try turning the motion blur OFF. I was able to pass this glitch.

Turning off Motion Blur and turning ON subtitles worked for me, but I tried again with subtitles off and it froze again. Kind of weird, but it works.
Answer from: cagdem

Taking off motion blur and putting on sub titles didn't work for me.. But this what I did to make it work.
1.) Take off motion blur and sub titles and don't put on any red bricks on.
2.) If you turn off or dashboard and when you go back into the to the game don't use the bat computer to f/s but take a carry.
3.) Don't hit any buttons when the cut screens come on.
4.) When you start the mission do it as fast as you can don't get super hero or the mini kits.

You have to make sure everything is same like if your brightness is all the up you have to put it back to the way it was at 1

When I was in freeze mode, I disconnected the power from my Xbox. Had to replay the level but it did not freeze when I got to that location again. Worked for me, hope it works for you.

So I installed the game and I didn't have this problem. I also didn't touch the controller during that cutscene. I know correlation doesn't imply causation, but those were the conditions where it worked for me.

I was wondering if installing the free demo on your hard drive and then buying and running the actual game from the disk has anything to do with this. Because I noticed there is a save spot in MyGames on the Xbox 360 for the demo.

I got in touch with the developer tt games. They told me to play a level free play, to erase mid level save of level 12. Return to city hall and start level again. In extras screen type N0CUT5, play through level, do not save at mid checkpoint. When Joker robot cutscenes starts skip it. Simple, and you go on to the next. Can I just say, I emailed tt about this and received a reply within the hour! Top service!

Davok - Cheers for that my 11 yr old was pulling his hair out after exchanging the game once already, but also switch off no blur and put on sub titles as well, but it worked
Answer from: Nupappa
Disabling the Motion Blur did the trick for me. Thanks for posting the solution. All settings normal - Brightness at 1.0, Motion Blur off, no extras or Cheat Codes turned on. Did NOT save the game at the mid-way checkpoint. Did NOT get any bricks. Single player.

I just went ahead and turned it off, wiped off the disk and then tried it again and it worked. Strange huh?
