When I find Harley Quinn in the carnival i'm having a difficult time trying to defeat her, but she keeps flipping, can anyone help me find a way to defeat her

After you beat level 3 you go to the fair again and there should be a blue light going up in the sky in the parking lot you go to that and go to the map on the batcomputer and she should be right when you walk into the fair you have to beat her and you have to buy her
