You need 100 gold bricks and he is on a building you need to be facing the lake and fly north and a bit west and you will find a small building with a row of coins and his gold door will show up eventualy

It is on the bottom island do scan on the map and you will see this arch thing that will one of them is Clark Kent and he is 100 gold bricks
