How does robin jump or get out of first part of maze in arkum asylum maze?

There is a fountain with a grapple handle use the grapple on that handle and the robin acrobatic suit will be in picues. Build the suit and change to robin. Jump onto the suit as robin. There are some poles on a wall jump onto them. I THINK.
