Glitch: trophies the competitor

I am thinking there is a glitch on this for the ps3. i have completed well over 400 matches offline and i still don't have this trophie, not sure if i am doing something wrong. most my matches of been on the ladder and then the story mode a handful online. anyone out there have any ideas. thank you.
