How do you catch hickey im stuck and cant get past this part

He goes in circles so once you do it a couple times you'll know the perfect place to get him and press b and you'll tackle him!

Keep running after him... try to get close.. throw out thr persuit do your best to avoid gettin tackled by soldiers and other items...once you get close press squier button or circle button (ps3). good luck

Look for a short cut in the circuit he does, he seems to keep turning left a lot, I took a few different alleys to Hickey and managed to intercept him after being 36m behind.
