Not snowing. How can I fix this?

I can see leaves falling from the trees and laying on the ground (a sign of autumn) but why wont it snow?? Any help?

You can make it snow if you press start and go to options (I think its that one) and go down to the bottom where it says animus hack go on that and you get to change the seasons (summer/winter)
