Stuck at end of Sequence 5

I parachuted from the crane, got the power source, came back to cave, went up stairs, got both cutscenes, plugged in power source. Went back down but it wouldn't let me finish sequence 5. Couldn't get in Animus and go back to Connor's time. Since then I restarted whole sequence, can get power source but when run upstairs I don't get cutscenes. Help!

Your game is probably glitched you should probably looked at or even skimmed
