Is there a cheat to prestige faster?

Negative there is no cheats to prestige faster neither are there are cheats on the game at all

There are not cheats however their are tips that will help you level up faster like using low kill streaks ( UAV, hunter killer drone) and also completing challenges, earning camps for your weapons and earning attachments for your guns. You can also prestige your guns and earn the attachments again. These things all give you extra experience to level up and prestige faster.

Play a lot of domination, kill confirmed, and head quarters and play the objective. I'm a master prestige btw
