How do I turn on the power?

I saw a switch that looks like it turns on the power, but it looks broken, and I can't turn it on! What do I do!? or can I turn it on somehow?

You need to find the parts to fix the switch and then go up to it then press and hold the X button and it will then turn on the power. You can do it again to turn it of if you want.
