How to unlock Layla?

Why isn't Layla El in the game? How do I unlock her? and why cant I unlock mike tyson when I did exactly what it says to unlock him?

Ok Layla isn't in the game maybe because of he body texture and stuff like that....Mike Tyson on the other hand is DLC and plus cannot be unlocked unless you buy him from the WWE '13 store or pre-order the game.....
