Where do I jump in Mount Doom
The secrit achievement says that I need to jump into the fires of Mt. Doom as isildor but I've gone into every lava pit there is and you can't change charioteers at the end, can someone help me?

You need to be at the end of the Prologue on the Bridge. Stand near the left side of the bridge and place Isildurslightly in the middle, and then just jump off of the side. Make sure you don't have the cheat Fall Rescue on. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries for this to activate.
