I keep miscounting and I understand the point but would like to continue.

The Trick is look at the cameras at the map, so that you don't count some symbols twice. The code is 732

I got code 723 for the last "untraceable truck"

732 works but the code before that is written on the trucks, there's like 4 or 5 codes you have to get for this puzzle.
