Royal double trouble
How do you unlock Royal Double Trouble with gems?

From what I understand, Royal Double Trouble is not an unlockable, it's a special edition character you can only buy under certain conditions (I think from a specific store/reseller). Looking into it, it's REALLY specific: He comes with the iOS Battlegrounds Starter pack, and only if you buy it from GameStop.
