Is ther a Kill list-- I can't remeber who I killed already?

I know the last guy I killed was the fat rich guy at the feast, and I went to the master he gave me some names but after I left I think I hit the wrong map and now I don't know where to go, I'm stuck between Acne and Jerusalem(sp) I keep hitting the view points and saving the citizens but it doesn't unlock the blue areas of jereselum(sp) what am I doing wrong?
