What is stealth mode and how do you kill someone by using stealth mode

I'm not sure what you mean by stealth mode but i'll try to answer.
if you mean using the hidden blade, once you unlock it just walk up behind someone and attack.
you can use a to disguise yourself from guards and blend using scholars but cannot attack while doing this.
if you could elaborate on your question i might be able to help you some more.

Stay in low profile with your hidden knife sneak up behind the person while locked on and attack instant kill while silent and in blending mode.

You hold A And he will walk slowly select your hidden blade don't worry about other guards around but if they try to kill you RUN!
