How do i get the 2nd fell arm in tales of vesperia

U find in the aer krene after obtainig soccer ring level 4

After you have all 4 spirits. the 4 islands inside the rock formation (aer krene). have the first fel arm equiped and go to the rocks blocking the entrance. they will break and you will get the 2nd fel arm, also if you go inside you will get the 4th level for the sorcerers ring.
