Getting u.s army uniform
I got all the scraps for the u.s army uniform and it said to go buy the last scrap at the tailer in black water but when i got to the tailer it said it was not availabal. how do i make it available?

When you are at the end of the game right after killing van der linde you can't change your clothes any more. if you finish the last missions you'll be able to do so afterwards and after that you'll be able to buy the u.s. army uniform as well...

You just have to finish the game then you can go to blackwater and buy the scrap
