Kill Rodriguez (mission "Simple rondevous")

Sorry, if I have type a name of the target wrong. So, I am in stuck in this mission. I killed two enemies at towers - no problem, but after this any my action in any order from any side saused an alarm very quickly. What is the secret, who can share this experience please? Thanks for advance.
