Silver pines...locked door and blocked path
I can't get in the locked door in silver pines. also there's a path that's blocked by boulders, i can see the path continue on the other side and also a building in the distance, how do i get over/around the boulders?

I'm getting two stories. I'll share both in hopes that one may help you. Firstly, it can be a quest that is initiated be an encounter with a few ghosts that present themselves in the woods at night. Secondly, it is a quest only available in the limited edition version.
