How do I transfer money from one character to another

You need to get another player on with a 2nd remote and press start. then you must go up to the 2nd player and press "LB" it will send you to the sanctuary go the little bag beside you as your in and you can gift/transfer 100k at a time. Hope this helped you.

Jenny is right and once the second player gets the gold in the santuary reject the gifts and log off with your second player without saving. Then log back on with the second player and reject the gifts again.
