Death of a store keeper
We killed on accident the keeper in a store in which we had a quest to get the mercenary tattoo and we were wondering how we are suppose to get the items needed

You steal the stuff

You cant steal the stuff brightspark you can only steal things further into the road to rule by unlocking the chest, only hope is hope that on co-op someone who has completed the game goes onto the road to rule so you can run & find the burgalry/theif chest & then unlock it & there you go you should be able to steal it, i havent tried it, its just a theory.
