What is the moral choice for the quest bored to death? do you give them the book? or not?

There is no moral standing, you just give them the book

If u give them the book it will have a small effect of bad moral

You give them the book & then later you will have another quest to come back & fix things - they will open the locked door behind them & you get to another underground section
