How do i get health cheat?

There is no health cheat that I know of but you can defeat the ork champs and his followers. go to the top of the stairs behind either fire pilar. the archers cant shoot at you there and the orks/ dual swordsman will not follow you there. NOTE: this does not work with the trolls (oden ki). you can heal your teammates there then they can heal you. Also, combat roll a lot.
