How can i get that the trols not go to the inner doors?

If you are using Eradan the best thing t do is to keep shooting the trolls with arrows so they get distracted, and heavy shot to the head, with a good bow does a lot of damage

If your using farin...just keep hitting them and war cry here and there...the trick is to aggro both at the very begging or one will run to the door
