Chapter 5 Co-op Glitch

Playing offline coop with a friend, and this is the second time we've played through the first playthrough only to get stuck at chapter 5 part 1. We can play through the entire 5th chapter, the problem is once we talk to Radagast and get Urgost's location, the game completes the quest, and doesn't give us the next one. What do we do?
