Ive been stuck trying to beat him for about a month with no luck and i cant find a cheat =/

Use the umbrella to send the balls back to him to knock the arms off and use the pepper grinder in between and dash around alot so he cannot charge at you

Use umbrella against ball attacks dash when he attacks any other time and use pepper grinder on him the rest of the time
