He comes out of the barrel and it says to use my electrical gun to stun him then attack him. I do this for over 20 minutes and nothing. I can't seem to get past this point. What am I doing wrong? Any easier way to kill him? Please someone help me.

You hit the cape stun button and do an ultra stun
